WHO SHOULD APPLY?
Seasoned Spanish Speaking IT Professionals w/ 5+ years of experience
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Level II desktop/help desk support within Global Solutions Center environment
ARE YOU THE RIGHT PERSON?
· 5+ years IT Technical Support Experience
· Must speak fluent Spanish
· Experience providing remote technical phone support for Windows XP, Windows 2000, and Microsoft Office 2003(2002/2000) applications.
· Experience providing remote support for multiple locations and have a good understanding of VPN, Remote Desktop, and or PCAnywhere.
· Troubleshoot PC hardware and software problems; software installations and upgrades; provide support for network, server, mainframe and security.
· Provide accurate and thorough solutions to user problems. Escalate or transfer problems when appropriate.
· Able to follow client procedures/policies.
· Log all requests in help desk call tracking software so as HP-Service Center or Magic. This includes all incoming ACD calls, e-mail requests, voice mail requests, and in-person requests.
· Must be able to work a 24 X 7 Shift schedule on a rotating basis
· Must be able to pass Drug and Background checks.
