5 Things to Know Before You Head to State of the City

1.    Doors Open at 6 p.m. – Registered attendees should plan to arrive early in the event of a large crowd. Doors open at 6 p.m. and remarks begin promptly at 7 p.m.

2.    Free Parking is Available – Parking is available across the street from Public Hall in the Willard Garage attached to Cleveland City Hall. Free parking will become available at 5 p.m.

3.    Avoid Big Bags and Prohibited Items – For security reasons, attendees are asked not to bring big bags to the venue. In addition, these prohibited items will not be permitted by Cleveland Police in the building. Please be sure to review the list before you attend. Examples of prohibited items include: weapons or firearms, aerosol cans, umbrellas with metal tips, mace, pepper spray and more. Click here to view the full list.

4.    Handicap Parking and Wheelchair Accessible Seating Available – Attendees requiring handicap parking can park on East Mall Drive to the west of Cleveland Public Hall. Wheelchair accessible seating will also be available for those who need it. Please let a volunteer usher know if you require assistance locating accessible seating when you arrive at the venue.
