Mayor Frank G. Jackson gave a warm welcome and congratulated students participating in the Hispanic Alliance Leadership Development Initiative (HALDI) Graduation Ceremony held in the Cleveland City Rotunda.
The Hispanic Alliance Leadership Development Initiative provides professionals and emerging leaders the training, professional development, networking and community engagement opportunities needed to contribute to the advancement of the Hispanic Community.
HALDI places a special emphasis on the dynamic culture of the Hispanic/L atino community. HALDI understands the importance of developing Hispanic/Latino leaders as the Latino people are not proportionately represented within decision-making entities that impact the community.
