The Cleveland night life has always been something everyone has taken interest in. On Saturday, October 4th 2014, Cleveland welcomed the arrival of internet sensation Lejuan james. Known for his comical video clips of real life situations based mostly on hispanic home life, Lejuan James greeted and interacted with many of his latino fans at Vosh Night Club in Lakewood, hosting/celebrating “Latino Cleveland’s” host Myra Rosario’s birthday party. “This is my first time in Cleveland.” stated Lajuan James in a one on one interview. “…I’m very greatful for the amount of love Cleveland has shown me….I look foward to returning.” -Lejuan James.
Despite a packed venue James still impressed many of his fans by not only taking more photos than the average celebrity would, but was also seen giving shout outs to a few
of his followers on instagram as well. Earlier that day, James himself was found giving a special shout out to Cleveland’s original “Jibarito”, receiving well over 14k likes! Although the name of the restaurant wasn’t exactly posted on his Instagram, as Clevelanders and Latinos alike, the “original jibarito” is known to be ordered at the popular Rincon Criollo, located on Detroit road in Ohio City.
The event celebrating the birthday party of WKYC’s Myra Rosario and the appearance of Lejuan James was not only a great turn out in itself, but was a great opportunity for latinos of all backgrounds of North Eastern Ohio to come together as one.
