The Lake Erie Association of USA Boxing will have their Junior Olympic tournament this weekend at Lutheran East High School in Cleveland Heights.
There will be bouts in four divisions: Pee Wee (8-10 yr olds), Bantam (11-12), Intermediate (13-14) and Junior (15-16).
There are 11 bouts scheduled to take place tonight (5/8), followed by 12 scheduled bouts taking place on Saturday. Doors open at 6PMtonight with the first bell set to ring at 7. Saturday’s bouts will start at 5PM with the doors opening an hour earlier.
Tickets to the event are priced at $30 and $25 for Ringside or table seating, while general admission tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for youth ages 6-12, and kids 5 and under are free.
Lutheran East High School is located at 3565 Mayfield Road in Cleveland Heights.
